SAY WHAT YOU WANT, INSTEAD OF WHAT YOU DON’T WANT
Filed under: Words;1 CommentTurn a negative into a positive. Statements such as, “I don’t want to be fat,” “I don’t like this relationship” or “I don’t want to be unhappy” are actually negative affirmations. Dwelling on things that we don’t want merely creates more mental space for those things to thrive. —Author Unknown

This is Sooo True! I have a confession I read everyday that is hanging on my mirror, I got parts of it from our offering confession at church (which you have heard) and from the book ‘The Secret’. Some of it reads: checks in the mail, bills paid off, bills turned into money, raises and bonuses, are just to name few. We need to write the positives down and confess them everyday! IT WORKS!!!
