A very prolific writer in one of his publications labeled success as a journey. In other words, success is never a destination — it is a destiny. If we ever decide that success is a destination, then we are through with life on this earth as we know it.

Once we realize that success is a journey, it is up to us to determine what that journey consists of. Only we can ascertain that. No one can do it for us. Now, once we discover the destiny of our success, there will be others who will come along side to help us. We must remember that success is the pursuit of a worthwhile goal.

Not to long ago, I was listening to a CD series entitled “The Magic of Thinking BIG.” In this school of thought there were two quotes that really caused me to think, they are as follows.

“SUCCESS DEPENDS ON THE SUPPORT OF OTHER PEOPLE.”

“THE ONLY HURDLE BETWEEN YOU AND WHAT YOU WANT IS THE SUPPORT OF OTHER PEOPLE.”

We never get there alone, without the assistance of others. If it is a worthwhile goal, others will be added to our life. This entry is written to challenge you and ask you these questions.

1. Are you on your journey of success?
2. Are you drudging along in something that is not fulfilling?
3. Have others been added to you to aid you in getting where you desire to be?
4. Have you made the necessary changes needed in the pursuit of your goals?
5. Have you taken inventory of your thought life?
6. Are your thoughts “BIG” enough to conform to your goals, or are they to small?
7. Are your thoughts positive or negative?

If you think negative, you will speak negative. If you think positive, you will speak positive. Let's face it, we are what we think, be it positive or negative. It's just as easy to be positive, instead of negative.

Dr. Mike Murdock says, “THE PROOF OF DESIRE IS PURSUIT.”

Proverbs 23:7… As a man or woman thinks in their heart, they will be.
